First of all Weedo staff is very nice tracking your arrival and helping. Then, you really get involved with the culture. People is so nice. I was teaching basic computer to the girls and felt so happy to see their progress. It was sooo hard to say goodbye. I recommend to anyone that really wants to get immerse with Tanzanian and African culture, know other volunteers, bond with the girls/students and staff, and help in the organization girls. Pd. I did 1 month only but recommend to stay at least 2. To have better progress with girls/students. Love you Weedo

I'm happy to say that I see the WEEDO community as a family, I am so grateful to be part of it. To teach and also learn from the foundation. Rehema is a very hardworking and amazing leader, and the view that she has for WEEDO gives me a lot of hope. I will come back for sure, and im always thankful for the warm welcoming and making me feel at home.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of this amazing the organization. The main mission is to provide young women with skills they can use to be independent and support themselves. WEEDO really cares about the girls there and everyone is very opened to new ideas that could help with achieving their mission and goals. I wish I could have stayed longer and do more. The location was perfect, you can immerse yourself in the local culture (I recommend going for a run with the local community even if you're not a runner) but you're also close enough to the city. A life changing experience for me!

I had a really great, trully immersive and life changing experience here. It was everything I dreamed of and more. I am really grateful for the structure the host and WEEDO created to help volunteers have a great living. I slept comfortably every night and over time, the place of stay started to feel like home. Though living in Tanzania was an adjustment, I am very grateful for the host and the the organization for doing their best to make me feel cared for. Rehema was always on call and took the time to build a strong relationship with me during my time here. Thank you for everything.
